May 19th KLUG Meeting

Excellent turnout for the May 19th meeting with a large monetary contribution by one member.  very lively discussion on to many topics to recall with some support provided as needed.  Displayed KLUG’s Raspberry Pi Pirate Box, a Peppermint and Mint 17.1 distro on two boxes that were donated last week by a member.

We also announced that the CompTIA  Security study group would begin on Tuesday, June 2nd and continue every Tuesday before the regular KLUG meeting; 5:30 P.M. – 7:00 P.M.

Paul Moreno presented a shallow dive into Python with his Raspberry Pi, showing the code for some simple games.KLUG 09-02-14  We also discussed signing out KLUG’s Raspberry Pi to a member who would create a project and share with the group.
