Yes, the 50 pin centronics SCSI-1 plugs are quite common.

You will need a cable with a centronics end and the other 
end to fit the back of your computer.  Adaptec has a nice
javascipt tool to figure out what cable you need.   See:

(it even works with some non-adaptec SCSI controllers! :)
