It comes standard on Mandrake 6.1 and 7.0.  I don't know about others.

It's an "extra" on BSware (needs to be installed manually).
It comes as a RPM file and installs easily.  I run XFCE exclusively
on three different BSware Linux PC's of mine, including my laptop.
