Re: flashing a rom
The only problem is that most programs that flash the bios are specific
to the motherboard (I believe). I haven't heard of one for Linux,
though they could be written. Pretty much any of the floppy distros can
be used for an emergency boot disk, as well as the Linuxcare cd and the
first Suse cd is also bootable. Of course the caveat of using one of
the small distros is that you have to know what your doing....
