If your running 98SE and I believe it is even part of 98, use the Microsoft
VPN. That way you don't have to install any other software, just use what
they give you. Other software may be better but if your just using it for
testing purposes why not use whats already available.

okay guys i just got two nic's installed on two computers both running 
windows 98 I have one win98 box with a modem the other i don't.

I'm running a free isp (Bluelight) and i'm trying to surf the web with both 
to test out the cards. I can see both computers with them in and there is no

conflicts.

So whats the best way to do this...I was told to get a program like 
winproxy?  but there is only a 30 trial on that.  If this is a program i 
need is there one for free?

Please help so i can move on to my next task setting up linux to win98 :()
