Re: beware the IDE cd-rom drive of march...



A cheap (we're talking $12) network card may be a better investment (if
you don't already have a NIC).

You could bring it to a beginners meeting or the cclub office and we'll
gladly help you get it installed.  (If you don't have a NIC we can throw
one in for the install--we have a few in the office.)  Network installs
are really easy (albeit slow).  Once y ou get it installed there's not
much  need for a CD-ROM drive...  any software you need comes right off
the internet.

Speaking of the internet... what kind of Modem's in that P90?
