Windows 2000 does this as well.  I also got a program in my network in a box
that I am not using that is supposed to do it.  A friend of mine had another
'firewall' program that would do it.  There are a number of software packages
out there for winblows that can either do NAT or some other proxy/forward
methodology from a single IP.  It depends on what you need to do.

I still think linux masquerade does the best job at it - for transparency,
efficiency (winblows is still pretty much built on the old buggy BSD sockets)
as well as security and obscurity (probably the wrong word on the latter, but
in otherwords, it becomes less obvious under linux that a NAT scheme is in use)
