Do an lsmod and be sure you have ncpfs loaded. When I did
the setup, it didn't
handle modification of startup scripts correctly. I now have
the following lines
in my /etc/rc.d/rc.local file.
# Start ncp filesystem
/sbin/insmod ncpfs
ipx_interface add -p eth0 802.2
