proxy server and browsers

Hi all, 

we have a squid proxy server running on SuSE 6.3 at our place. We have choosen to use the
Netscape browser. 
On a number of pc 's there will still be IE x.x or some version of Outlook
present. For mail no problem, however, we definitly want users to use Netscape
(we are considering Eudora too) when they connect via the proxy server to the
internet. Does someone know away how to add an regex in squid.conf that locks IE
out? I looked already in all the manuals available but could not find away.
