Any LaTeX gurus out there?  Can you email me privately?  I have some
nitpicky questions about formatting that I can't quite seem to find in
docs.

Here is what I'm looking at:

- Our paper has too much space at the bottom of each page.
- I want to change the formatting of some of the page numbers so they
read A1, A2... B1, B2 (for Appendices A and B, respectively).
