Help!?

Dear members,
I just installed Mandrake Linux 7.0 on a dual boot hard drive with win98.
I got thru most of the install without a hitch, until I ran into LiLo. I
could not get passed it without cancelling this part. It kept giving me
an error message that the partition was too large (13__ - ??). I had used
Partion Magic Linux Prep Tool according to instruction, but may not have
understood it all. Anyway, I finished the install and Linux would not
boot without the Rescue disc. Then all was fine. I have not rebooted into
Linux since, and wonder if this can be remedied? I'd appreciate any help
you can offer. I like what I've seen so far otherwise.
