We've got a Yamaha 4416S at work and a Plextor 8/4/32A and it works great.
At home I've got a HP 9200i and its worked great since I've had it(about 6
months). I'd go with Yamaha, hp, or Plextor. Make sure its scsi, the 9200
and the Yamaha are scsi but our Plextor isn't, you can tell the difference.
