Depends.  If the server has the Metaframe add on (very common) which adds ICA
protocol support, then yes.  I do it every day.  If not, then all that you have
is the M$-RD{something} protocol which only supports M$ clients.  Most servers
have ICA (at least servers I have met) because M$-RD{something} requires more
bandwidth than X11, while ICA will happily run on a fast modem.  I've also heard
mention of terminal server on the VNC mail-list so that archive might be worth
checking out if you don't have ICA.
