The only real stickle is the Video Chip.  If you can find one that 
uses a NeoMagic you'll probably have the best luck.  I've installed on 
Compaq Armada's (slightly older) as well as Toshiba's with out any 
real problems.  If they have a Winmodem try to make sure it is a 
Lucent chip so you can use the Linmodem drivers.
