As I said before, Redhat 6.2 originally came with kernel 2.2.14,
and that's what all but the very latest RH 6.2 CD's will give you.

There was recent errata posted to upgrade the kernel to 2.2.16.
I don't know when the tulip driver was updated, but you may need
the 2.2.16 kernel (standard on recent BSware's).

If you have 2.2.14 and still have the tulip driver problem,
download the 2.2.16 kernel from RH errata, and CLOSELY follow
the instructions for upgrading the kernel (redhat has a web page
with all the instructions), otherwise your system could easily
become unbootable.
