I just bought a Compaq Deskpro 4000, 32MB / 1.6Gb .3.5 floppy . kbd mouse / NIC for $79 from TECHSMART.COM.  They refurbish and 'repurpose" machines from business and schools then sell through an auction process.  

Delivery was in 4 days by UPS for about $20.00.

This one's for my mom's email, the next one will be for an firewall / IP masq.
