Thank you for the suggestion.  I also got some other suggestions
(sent privately) to help improve the situation.

I need to discuss all these suggestions with our leader Bob when 
he returns, but he'll be overseas for the next couple weeks.

It'll definitely be a topic for discussion when he returns.
