Strange, I just tried it and was getting over 750kbs
on my download speeds!   :-)

It was probably internet traffic somewhere down the pipe.

Could have been due to the fact that Bob's email was
bouncing and in an infinite email loop between his ISP's
email server and the KLUG server.  And the bounces kept
getting larger and larger every bounce . . .

After a short time, and about 800 bounced emails in my
inbox, I finally figured out how to stop it on KLUG box.
