I did read the acceptable use policy prior to posting.  It's language led 
me to believe that the advertising of goods was unacceptable.  I obviously 
read too much into the phrasing.

You might want to strengthen the language, like:

"No commercial postings are to be made to the KLUG list."

That would have been clear.

Sorry this was a problem.  I will contact an officer if there is any 
question in the future.
