firewall on a floppy

Hey Adam (or anybody who has used the software), 

I was wondering if you could recommend a distro of firewall for sharing a DSL
connection.  I remember your story from the 4th of July party about how easy it
was to set up.  Unfortunately, I'm not getting DSL but I have a friend who is.
