Hmmm.... Maybe I typed the command line wrong.. I doubled checked the syntax
but....

Yup, I've got modules it loads.... I'll get a boot & root disk made.... Now
that the pressure is off, I'll get it figured out.

Yup.... -p tells it to preserve file sttribute, apparently it also saves the
timestamps...
