I believe we're already on this.

I know we get free books and stuff from O'Reilly and we can 
offer the 20% discount to members.

The reason we don't promote the 20% discount is we did some
research awhile back and found that ORA books are consistently
available for 30% off from many web sites, plus the web sites
charge less shipping than ORA.
