I've got no clue what PalTalk or NetMax are.  But I'm willing to guess that
PalTalk is some IP telephony thing that uses H.323. yes?  Is NetMax M$-Win
software (Yep folks, I abbreviated Microsoft as M$) or one of those funny
external boxes that's a hub/switch/router/dhcpserver/firewall?  More details
please.
