Thank you for addressing these positions!
Your views and insights are very keen!  Do
continue to explore the question...  why do
we appreciate Linux and the whole GPL
concept?  I think "free" as in freedom is
the REAL answer to this question.   Was I
bright enough to realize this... nope!

While the disgust with Microsoft may not
have been a good reason to support Linux...
I DO think it WAS a factor in motivation!  The
ideal would have been for us to choose it,
independent of that!  It is not a perfect world.
