I have the feeling that this is the internet service provider that you are talking about.  I know that I have been looking for a while now, and they seem to be the fastest growing (full duplex)... soon to be on the market.  I think that this is only because I think Microsoft IS truly behind this one, but you could also go with ISP thats providing it.   I am also pretty sure that they will only start out w/ Win9X products and then work from that.... I will let you guys check out the link.
