Interesting article.   In it he discusses the latest version 3.5.1.    I
just downloaded 3.5.2 and it works fine so far.  I don't remember what the
improvements are but they're listed on the xfce site,
http://www.Xfce.org/.  One change is that one needs to execute
xfce_upgrade to switch the location of some (configuration?) files for
each xfce user.

I'll report any difficulties I have.
