hehe i goofed up again
ok so i've been tinkering with my computer again... decided that i'd
once again enjoy having it partitioned like a pizza with linux and win9x
and win2000... got the partitions set up the way i want (a 2gig FAT32, a
3gig NFS, a 4.5gig FAT32, a .5gig swap, and the remaining 4gig as an
ext2 Linux / partition) was happy, got 98 installed (had Me, but hated
it so now i'm trying a few things), got 2000 installed, downloaded some
stuff last night for windows and then re-installed RH6.2 today...
everything installed fine, i half thought about not making a boot floppy
but thought better of it (and boy am i glad) and then restarted my
computer at the end of my linux installation as per the installer...
well i was all ready to see "LILO: " but much to my surprise all i saw
was "LI" so i stuck in the boot floppy and gave her the old three-finger
salute... the install of Linux is there, in fact that's how i'm
currently contacting the list... i just wonder what i managed to do, and
how i can manage to 'undue' this so that i may still gain access to my
other partitions...
thankyou
