New VERY COOL VNC app

TridiaVNC's CVS server now has an application called "xrc" available.  If a user
runs "xrc" a little box pops up, and as long as that app is running, you can
attach to their CURRENT X session with a VNC (rfb) client.  Performance seems a
little sluggish as it doesn't yet look like it supports all the fancy encodings,
but it works.  A wonderful step forward for Linux desktop support.  All VNC/rfb
mavens should take a look at this.
