I didn't mention it before, but so do we.
Our corporate webserver is Apache on Linux, along with
our intranet server and our email server (SMTP, POP3, IMAP
and web based email).

Another solution to write HTML is your basic text editor.
Buy a HTML book and you're be writing your own from scratch
in a VERY short time. It's extremely easy to learn.
I don't write a lot of HTML but I know a lot of professional
web developers who also write their HTML with a text editor.
