There is nothing "unique" about Frontpage, it simply speaks DAV
(http://andrew2.andrew.cmu.edu/rfc/rfc2518.html) to the web server.  The Web_Dav
project (http://www.webdav.org/mod_dav/) should have all the information you
need, and more.  I have not used mod_dav but have been told first hand by
several people that it works.  I have not used it as mod_ldap_auth and mod_dav
collide like hydrogen atoms in a nuclear furnace (and very hot helium isn't good
for server uptime).  If your running the apache "out-of-the-box" from RedHat
make sure you have apache-devel package installed and from the looks of the
instructions dropping in mod_dav should be a five minute process.
