I've been very happy with Cyclades.  I can set the ports on my older Ys 8 port
board to 150Kbps.  I don't know if they make single port boards.  TA's are just
modems but the AT commands are a little diffrent  (you have to do things like
set spids obviously, but less obvious things such as the need to dial two
numbers to get 128K too).
