Wierd ppp error message...

Howdy folks....

    I'm getting a weird ppp error message:

"Peer is not authorized to use remote address 206.115.151.91"

   What is so wired about this, is the Linux machine I've been working
on for so long. I literally picked it up from home, delivered it here at
work, plugged it in and I'm not able to connect to the ISP because of this
error....

   Any ideas?

   Any help is greatly appreciated...
