I had one from Boca Research in my ISDN days Chad. Sorry I can't find the
model number or anything but if you check out their website or some vendor
websites I'm sure you can find it. It was an ISA card (which may be bad
depending on how new your motherboard is) that had jumpers which made it
very agreeable with Linux as no additional drivers were required.
