RAM is DIRT DIRT DIRT cheap... at current prices don't buy less than 256.. 
in a single pc133 dimm.... it's like 90$ (yes thats ninety)
as for OCing.. i've been running a rock stable machine on a 50% OC for 
almost 2 yrs.... (cel 300a @ 450) but don't expect to get much out of a 900 
under normal cooling... (ANY air cooling) and standartd voltage you would be 
very lucky to get 950 or 1g out of a 900....

just my 2 cents... or maybe 3....
