Since all the United Nations election monitors have yet to recover from their
fit of hysterical laughter at America's recent display of professionalism and
impartiality, they will be unable to attend the KLUG election.  Due to this
development the current officers have decided to post heavilly armed mercenaries
at all (or the one) election booth(s).  This is only to make sure you all vote
the right way ... I mean, so you all vote correctly.
