Unfortunately, I am geographically challenged and won't be able to attend.
Sounds like a really great presentation, though.  If you have any notes and
such that might be helpful I would appreciate you slapping it into an email
and shipping it off to me.

Yes, I use it.  I'll be covering it in my "Disk Management" presentation.
Basically: "!!!!!IT ROCKS!!!!!".  Snapshotting for nice clean backups of
live
filesystems, striping and stripe aware filesystems, moving disk packs
between
machines,  migrating a filesystem from an old drive to a new one,  the whole
shhee-bang.  After installing LVM you'll walk around with a big dumb grin on
your face for days.  LVM is tre' cool, totally 31337, deep magic, and all
those
other stange geek terms that denote awesome-ness.
