Probably the easiest thing is to make a Linux/bind slave server,  force a zone transfer, and then make the Linux/bind a master shutting down the NT dns.  I don't know much of anything about NT dns so I can't help much their,  except that it WILL work to zone transfer from NT -> Linux.
