I've had just as many problems installing and upgrading Windows - but I don't want to end up trading war stories. Besides, that's another list.

I think the truth is that people are going to have problems no matter which
way they go (M$ or Linux). What's important is where can they turn to get
help with their problems. KLUG is an excellent source to turn to when you
run into problems with Linux. I'm sure there are Windows resources out there
as well.

Let us know how you make out with your dial up problems.
