KLUG Ballot

This is the final list of nominees including any last minute additions 
and/or withdraws.  Please follow the instructions below.

The first five (5) Positions are elected positions.  Below them are the
volunteer (non elected) positions.  Please review these and let the new
officers know if you can help with any of the volunteer positions
available there.

Instructions:
 
  1.  Please vote ONLY if you are a MEMBER of KLUG.  
      (Have attended a minimum of three meetings over 
      the last 12 month period)
  2.  Please select only ONE candidate from the list 
      for each position.  Write ins are acceptable. 
  3.  Only one vote per member.
  4.  Ballots MUST BE RETURNED TO elections@kalamazoolinux.org
  5.  Any ballots sent to the mailing list will be voided.
  6.  Any votes received after the deadline will not be counted.
  7.  In order for your vote to be counted, you MUST 
      respond to an e-mail from a member of the election
      committee  NO LATER THAN JANUARY 9th at 12:00 NOON 
  8.  All ballots must quote this original message in both the 
      ballot and the response e-mail.
  9.  Any questions/discrepency in the ballot or membership status
      will be left to the sole discretion of the election committee.
