> Nah, it would be a good learning experience. You should need make, gcc, bin86, and binutils. That's about it. If you use a GUI RPM installer liek gnorpm it'll do dependency selection for you.
My feeling exactly. So far I/m missing some fundamental .h files such as stdio.h which seems strange in that I've installed the gcc rpm.
Thanks for the list of the needed utilities. I have the first two, now for bin86 and binutils. I've checked out gnorpm.
