There actually is such a thing. If officers don't meet for something like 6~9
months KLUG legally dissolves. Hard assets are auctioned off to the members,
and the total funds are sent to Linux.Org (if I remember correctly). But
really, if Linux is dead, what's the point of sending money to THAT
organization? We'll just be perpetuating all this foolishness. I say we just
write a check to Ziff-Davis publishing (the holders of ZDnet) and attach a
letter apologizing for participating in something as obviously hopeless as Open
Source, and thank them for setting us straight.
