I beleive someone (like the chairman), must start the dissolution process.

Because  linux.orgwill be bought by Microsoft, and they'll be a
distribution point for Microsoft Disorganize[tm], the new ODBC, DCOM, DDE
TLA, Win9x compliant software that even YOU can use with any Microsoft[tm]
Office[tm] component, especially with the "LUG handling" pulldown...
Just think, for only $449.50 (after reading the EULA) your LUG can be
dissolved using .Net! With all the right service packs install in just the
right order, we can even disincorporate on-line!

Yeah, we need to pay proper homage and respect to all those folks who know
how things work SO MUCH BETTER than we do.
