Windows TCP/IP

I have 2 networked computers.  Both have windows and linux.  When Linux is 
running on both machines I can easily the Apache document root of either 
machine (ie http://pine/index.html ).  

When I am running Windows as a client, how do I configure it to access the 
document root on my other box that is running Linux????
