bizarre upgrade problem

Well..  I'm trying to upgrade a BSware 6.2 to a 7.0 and it keeps giving me a
message that some of my filesystems weren't unmounted properly and it recommends
I boot my system and shut down cleanly.... etc...

Well, I did shutdown cleanly, severaly times, and it keeps saying that!

Any ideas?
