YES.  I just checked it out and signed up for the listserv for the
project.

Now to find some school(s) that are willing to save money AND scrap
their current system.   Much easier to find a
school who has been wanting to get a system started but hasn't had the
resources to do so.  Anyone
know of such a school?  I'll happily contact them.
