Help with patching apache

Group,

   I am updating Apache to 1.3.17 and installing Front Page like I did
before.
I am suppose to patch a mod_frontpage with a patch
when I run the command:  patch -p0
<../mod_frontpage-1.4.1-1.3.14/patch-1.4.1-1.3.14
I get an error that looks like this.

can't find file to patch at input line 4
Perhaps you used the wrong -p or --strip option?
The text leading up to this was:

does anyone know what this is all about.
I have updated the patch program and it should be the lates.
