Thank you KLUG

I have been "lurking" the KLUG post for a while now and I would like to take
a minute to say thank you. I currently use RedHat,Corel,NetBSD,Mandrake (all
on i586/686 architechture) and Yellowdog,LinuxPPC and soon to be NetBSD(on
MAC). To pick a favorite would not be fair. They all have their merits and
idosyncracies.

I have learned many things just watching the posts. The different "schools
of thought" presented by each distribution can be a bit of work to sort
through, but here in this group I have found answers or at least avenues to
get me where I need to look into.

I DO *hanging head in shame* still run M$ in the network but, on a positive
note, My wife has seen how anything done in a M$ world can be done in Linux.
She has agreed to "Make the RIGHT move" :) So it will be a M$ free network
here at home soon:))

I would also like to say I was pleased to see the KLUG at the computer show
at Kalamazoo fairgrounds. I did stop by for a minute but my baby daughter
was a bit "cranky" so the visit was short lived :(

I do hope I can get to the meetings. I would love to meet many of you in
person. The meetings agaendas posted here sound like it is a very active
(and playful) group. I currently am in Three Rivers and work in Grand
Rapids...so I don't have a lot of time left over (not an excuse......just a
reason).

I build PC's privately (for almost 10 years now) and am getting to the point
of putting out Linux as an OS EXCLUSIVELY !!!! I am doing what I can to
spread the good of OpenSource and the people who make it happen.

Once again in a long winded way ...... I say thank you to ALL the people who
post here. From the Elders of the group who guide.....to the ones who post
questions for insight....you have all given me invaluable tools I can use to
continue to grow.

MaHk
