I thought you all might like to know the subject matter. Windows 98 freezes
on shutdown, how do you fix it? Most of the posters advised upgrading to
windows ME, or windows 2000. Myself, and 1 other guy shared the attitude
that that is throwing good money after bad. You bought something that was
suppose to work, but didn't. Why buy  something else from the company when
you didn't get a quality product to begin with? Why not demand either a fix,
or a refund? He also suggested sending the message by installing Linux. He
also was verbally attacked. Though we were grossly outnumbered, we fought
bravely ( in fact I'm going back now to aid my "friend" :)
