Mine doesn't even start the boot loader. :{

Yep, IBM has made some noise about this too, but they say 7.1 works.  Oh well,
so long as I have NFSv3 I don't much care as the 4000Rs are uniprocessor boxes. 
But I'll check out the GRLUG thread.
