How to tell what your Ram is

Gents,

I have a bunch of ram here and a tester. I put one stick in and it ready
2mx72 at 60ns. Is there a way to tell that the stick is a 16Mg. This was
a Dimm. The sticker on the Dimm says 16mb, so I would like to know if
there is math formula for this.
